The first thing I read today was Seth Godin’s post on Authenticity. He says that “If it acts like a duck , it’s a duck. It doesn’t matter if the duck thinks it’s a dog, it’s still a duck as far as the rest of us are concerned.”  Seth’s thoughts today apply to working mothers because they are directly related to getting past your self doubt and acting like the person you want to be.  He implies that if you can do that, others will see you as who you want to be and you’ll live it.  Easy right?

Who is the most important person for you to have a steamy hot affair with on Valentines Day? Just for fun, let your mind wander for a few minutes….ah, Brad Pitt? One of the many 007’s? Your husband? Even if you aren’t a fan of RAP music, you’ve gotta hand it to M.I.A.’s pregnant Grammy performance last night on the Grammy’s with T.I., Jay-Z, Lil’ Wayne, and Kanye West.  She rocked the house in a signature couture pregnancy outfit…on, yes listen closely ladies….her due date!  Her outfit was made with polka dots and mesh fabric putting it all out there.  I just had to write about it because to me that takes real confidence and self esteem and I couldn’t have been prouder while I was watching.
