I agree that as a woman, she deserves credit regardless of politics! I’ve heard all of the complaints, accusations, etc. and researched many and most (on both sides were bogus spin!). I am an independent and was actually “pushed more to the right” by my disgust of the hypocrisy of so many “feminist” women. It saddens me to see so many women who will crucify other women simply because they have different views and beliefs! I for one think that the ability to have them regardless of their popularity is what makes our country great!

So I know this isn’t supposed to be a political debate blog but one more then no more I also believe in capitalism and putting money back into the hands of business. However, the Republican party has a long history of putting money primarily into the military industrial complex at the expense of other business (business of the common man if you will). Cronyism at its finest! Oh, and whatever happened to separation of church and state? I’ll be voting Obama if anyone cares

Hey Amy, I have lots of issues with the current political environment but knowing that I am an armchair advisor, I have to be careful. I don’t have solutions to offer up to fix what I consider a monumental mess. Bottom line is I believe that capitalism works and I don’t believe in large governments. That obviously makes me a Republican. You won’t know how I vote unless you’re in the poll booth with me but I can tell you I’ll vote for whomever I think will support putting more money back into the hands of business owners. I still believe that they will economically spur growth and healing in all areas of the world. (This is one of the foundations of why I choose to support Six Figure Moms. Look for a post on this in the next month.) I’ve yet to cast my vote for this election and my opinion is still being weighed. Thanks for your comment.

Hey Angie – thanks for the ref to HBR – I am ashamed to think how long it has been since I’ve read that publication and it always inspires me. Also enjoyed reading a blog post on the NYT this morning – (Angry PTA mom, etc) and posted it to my Facebook page. There is no end to the material out there – so much anger and vitriol – so little time!
